COVID POLICY.

All clients MUST wear a mask in order to be serviced. Your mask MUST fit properly & securely over your NOSE & MOUTH. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who does not meet our safety policy. Any signs of illness such as: sneezing, coughing, fever, etc. will need to reschedule.

Booking.

When booking be sure to select exactly what you want. If you are unsure, please book the Custom Set or the set that matches closest to your needs. Feel free to send an email f you’re unsure of what to book!

- Book the appropriate shape, length, & design.

- There is a $25 Nonrefundable deposit that goes towards your service.

- Unfortunately, we do not allow additional guests who are not being serviced.

Late Fees, Cancelations, Rescheduling.

- There is a strict 10 minute grace period. If you arrive to your appointment past the 10 minute grace period there will be a $20 late fee, anything after 15 minutes will result in a cancellation.

- Rescheduling a same day appointment will result in a new $25 NonRefundable deposit.

Store Policy.

- We reserve the right to change or modify our policy at anytime. Be sure to review this information prior to placing your order.

- Order processing takes 3-5 business days.

Please note: Transit/shipping times come in to effect after your order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

- We do not offer store credit or refunds.
